Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

The short version

New here? If your first payment doesn't work out, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full. After that, cancel anytime to stop the next charge.

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Dittor AI (“the Service”), sold and operated by Dailystack, based in the Republic of Korea. PayPal processes subscription payments on Dailystack's behalf; PayPal is not the merchant of record for the Service.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from the private persona console or through your PayPal automatic-payments settings. Cancelling stops future charges. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then returns to Free. Cancelling alone is not a refund.

2. 14-day guarantee on your first payment

Email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full — no reason needed, and not reduced by how much you used.

This guarantee applies once per customer, to your first paid subscription. It does not reset if you change plans, or cancel and subscribe again later.

To request it, email from the address used for the subscription with the PayPal transaction or subscription number. We reply within 2 business days; approved refunds return to the original PayPal funding method. The time for the funds to appear depends on PayPal and the funding provider.

3. Renewal payments

Renewals are non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time before a renewal to avoid the charge. We will still refund, in whole or in part, when:

  • you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling;
  • an outage or defect on our side prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of a paid period;
  • we end or materially reduce the Service during a period you have paid for — we refund the unused portion.

4. Your legal rights

Nothing here limits statutory rights where you live. Consumers in the EU and UK generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal; consumers in South Korea, Brazil, Mexico and Taiwan generally have a 7-day right to cancel without giving a reason. Where a statutory right applies, it applies in addition to the guarantee above. Dailystack is the seller of the Service and handles these requests; PayPal processes the corresponding payment or refund.

5. Beta pricing

Discounted beta subscriptions are refunded on the same terms as full-price ones: the amount actually charged. If you refund and later resubscribe, the beta rate may no longer be available.

6. Abuse

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud or repeated refund abuse.

7. Your content

A refund does not delete your data. Your personas, knowledge modules, and session briefs stay in your account on the Free plan, where items above the Free limits become read-only. You can export your briefs before cancelling, and you may ask us to delete your account and data at any time as described in the .
