Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of Dittor AI, a beta service operated by Dailystack, a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms where you live.
2. Beta service and AI limitations
Dittor AI is provided as a beta service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, providers, models, and availability may change, and the Service may be interrupted or discontinued.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a user's circumstances. The Service is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining qualified help when needed.
3. Mentor responsibilities
Mentors are responsible for the persona content they submit, edit, approve, and publish, including approved answers, examples, claims, and instructions. A mentor must have the right to use that content and must not present false credentials, promises, or outcomes.
Mentors are also responsible for reviewing their persona before publication and for using session briefs and conversations appropriately. Dittor AI does not endorse a mentor or verify a mentor's qualifications.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud or abuse
- Submit content you do not have the right to use
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person
- Seek or provide instructions for self-harm, harm to others, or other dangerous conduct
- Interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, scrape it at unreasonable scale, or attempt to discover secret tokens or credentials
- Represent AI output as guaranteed professional advice or a guaranteed result
5. Your content and permission to operate the Service
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give Dailystack a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
For mentee conversations, this includes saving the conversation, generating a session brief, and sharing the conversation and brief with the mentor whose persona the mentee chose to use. Details are described in the .
6. Service changes, suspension, and termination
Dailystack may change, limit, suspend, or end access to the Service when reasonably necessary to operate the beta, protect users or the Service, respond to legal requirements, or address a violation of these terms.
7. Paid subscriptions
The current paid plan, price, billing interval, and included features are shown on the page before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically through PayPal until cancelled. Prices are stated in US dollars unless the checkout says otherwise. Dailystack does not add tax to the displayed checkout total. PayPal, a card issuer, or another funding provider may separately apply currency-conversion charges.
You may cancel renewal from the private persona console or through your PayPal automatic-payments settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and paid features remain available until then unless access must be suspended for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or a legal requirement. Refund eligibility and instructions are described in the . Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dailystack disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of content they need and for independently checking AI output before relying on it.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Dailystack may update these terms as the beta changes. The revised terms and updated date will be posted on this page.
